на обработку персональных данных

Настоящее Согласие на обработку персональных данных (далее — «Согласие») предоставляется Оператору на условиях, предусмотренных ст. 9 Федерального закона от 27.07.2006 № 152-ФЗ «О персональных данных».

Я уведомлён, что полные реквизиты банковской карты (полный номер, CVV/CVC-код, ПИН-код) Оператором не запрашиваются и не хранятся. Ввод полных реквизитов осуществляется на защищённой странице платёжного провайдера, сертифицированного по PCI DSS.
3.4. Данные об использовании Сервиса (сведения об Объектах, история операций, отчёты, переписка).
3.5. Технические данные (IP-адрес, устройство, браузер, идентификатор сессии, файлы cookies, дата и время посещения).
Согласие не распространяется на специальные категории и биометрические персональные данные — Оператор такие данные не собирает.
Согласие даётся для следующих целей:
Согласие распространяется на следующие действия Оператора с персональными данными, совершаемые с использованием средств автоматизации и без таковых:
сбор, запись, систематизация, накопление, хранение, уточнение (обновление, изменение), извлечение, использование, передача (предоставление, доступ), обезличивание, блокирование, удаление, уничтожение.
Я даю согласие на передачу Оператором моих персональных данных следующим категориям третьих лиц — в объёме, необходимом для целей раздела 4:
Я уведомлён о возможной трансграничной передаче моих данных при работе с международными онлайн-сервисами, ОКУП и платёжными системами в случаях, когда это необходимо для исполнения договора. Оператор уведомляет Роскомнадзор о такой передаче в порядке ст. 12 Закона 152-ФЗ.
Настоящее Согласие действует со дня его подписания и в течение всего срока действия лицензионного договора и/или договора подписки между мной и Оператором, а также в течение 5 (пяти) лет с момента прекращения договорных отношений.
Платёжные данные (история транзакций) хранятся не менее 5 лет с даты соответствующей транзакции в качестве первичных документов бухгалтерского учёта.
Токены банковских карт хранятся до момента отключения мной автопродления подписки или истечения срока действия карты.
Для отдельных категорий могут применяться более длительные сроки, установленные законодательством.
Я уведомлён, что вправе отозвать Согласие в любой момент путём направления Оператору письменного уведомления на e-mail info@ladoni.ru или по почтовому адресу Оператора.
Я также могу в любой момент отозвать согласие на хранение токена банковской карты и автопродление подписки в Личном кабинете — в этом случае токен незамедлительно удаляется.
Отзыв Согласия не препятствует Оператору продолжать обработку при наличии иных правовых оснований (исполнение договора, исполнение требований закона, законные интересы Оператора), и только в части и на срок, необходимые для соответствующей цели.
После отзыва Согласия и прекращения иных оснований обработки Оператор уничтожает или обезличивает мои данные в порядке и в сроки, предусмотренные законодательством.
Я подтверждаю, что:
10.1. Настоящее Согласие может быть предоставлено в форме электронного документа путём проставления Субъектом отметки в специальном поле в Личном кабинете при регистрации на сайте ladoni.ru.
10.2. Электронная форма Согласия равнозначна Согласию на бумажном носителе. Факт предоставления Согласия фиксируется Оператором путём сохранения даты и времени, IP-адреса, идентификатора сессии и редакции документа.
10.3. По требованию Субъекта Согласие может быть оформлено также на бумажном носителе с собственноручной подписью.

This Consent to Personal Data Processing (hereinafter — "Consent") is provided to the Operator under the conditions set out in Article 9 of Federal Law No. 152-FZ of 27.07.2006 "On Personal Data".

I grant the Operator consent to process the following personal data:
3.1. Registration and contact data:

date of birth;
email address, mobile phone number;
login and password (stored in encrypted form).
3.2. Identification and tax data:
passport data;
registration address;
TIN;
tax status;
OGRN/OGRNIP, KPP — if applicable;
bank details for remuneration payments.
3.3. Payment data (in connection with payment for the Paid Plan subscription):
bank card token (a secure identifier) provided by the payment provider;
masked card number (first 6 and last 4 digits);
card expiry date, type, and payment system;
transaction history and subscription status;
dates and amounts of charges.
I am informed that full bank card details (full number, CVV/CVC code, PIN) are not requested or stored by the Operator. Full card details are entered on the secure page of the payment provider, which is PCI DSS certified.
3.4. Service usage data (information about Objects, transaction history, reports, correspondence).
3.5. Technical data (IP address, device, browser, session ID, cookies, date and time of visit).
This Consent does not extend to special categories or biometric personal data — the Operator does not collect such data.
Consent is given for the following purposes:
registration in the Service and access to the Personal Account at ladoni.ru;
conclusion and performance of the license agreement with the Operator (under the public offer);
conclusion and performance of the subscription agreement for the Paid Plan, including automatic subscription renewal, receipt generation, and processing of refunds;
identification of the Subject and prevention of fraud and other violations;
financial settlements and tax payments;
sending service notifications (including notifications about automatic charges, pricing changes, payments, and Release status);
sending informational and promotional messages (by separate setting, which may be withdrawn at any time);
ensuring the technical operation of the Website and Service, and traffic analytics;
compliance with legislative requirements (tax, accounting, anti-money laundering);
protection of the rights and legitimate interests of the Operator and the Subject.
Consent covers the following operations by the Operator on personal data, carried out using automated and non-automated means:
collection, recording, systematization, accumulation, storage, clarification (updating, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymization, blocking, deletion, destruction.
I consent to the Operator transferring my personal data to the following categories of third parties — to the extent necessary for the purposes in Section 4:
Russian hosting providers and cloud services;
traffic analytics services (Yandex Metrica and similar);
mass email and SMS sending services (Unisender, SendPulse, Mailgun, and similar);
payment providers and acquiring banks (YooKassa, CloudPayments, Robokassa, and similar) — for subscription payment acceptance, auto-renewal, refunds, and fiscal receipt generation;
payment services and banks for remuneration payments;
online music distribution services (Yandex Music, VK Music, Zvuk, Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube Music, and others) and CMOs;
the Operator's professional advisors (lawyers, accountants, tax consultants);
the Federal Tax Service — for the generation and submission of fiscal receipts;
government authorities — pursuant to their lawful requests in cases expressly provided for by law.
I am informed of the possible cross-border transfer of my data when working with international online services, CMOs, and payment systems where necessary for the performance of the agreement. The Operator notifies Roskomnadzor of such transfers in accordance with Article 12 of Law 152-FZ.
This Consent is effective from the date of its execution and for the entire duration of the license agreement and/or subscription agreement between me and the Operator, and for 5 (five) years from the termination of the contractual relationship.
Payment data (transaction history) is retained for at least 5 years from the date of the relevant transaction as primary accounting documents.
Bank card tokens are retained until I disable subscription auto-renewal or the card expires.
Longer retention periods established by law may apply to certain categories.
I am informed that I have the right to withdraw Consent at any time by sending a written notice to the Operator at info@ladoni.ru or to the Operator's postal address.
I may also at any time withdraw consent to bank card token storage and subscription auto-renewal in the Personal Account — in this case, the token is immediately deleted.
Withdrawal of Consent does not prevent the Operator from continuing processing where other legal grounds exist (performance of a contract, compliance with law, legitimate interests of the Operator), and only to the extent and for the duration necessary for the relevant purpose.
After withdrawal of Consent and cessation of other processing grounds, the Operator destroys or anonymizes my data in the manner and within the timeframes provided for by law.
I confirm that:
I have read the Operator's Privacy Policy published at ladoni.ru;
I understand the scope, purposes, and conditions of processing my personal data;
I provide this Consent voluntarily, in my own interests, without coercion;
the data provided is accurate and relates to me;
I undertake to keep data up to date and to immediately notify the Operator of any changes.
10.1. This Consent may be provided in electronic form by the Subject checking a special box in the Personal Account upon registration at ladoni.ru.
10.2. The electronic form of Consent is equivalent to a paper Consent with a handwritten signature. The fact of providing Consent is recorded by the Operator by saving the date and time, IP address, session ID, and document version.
10.3. At the Subject's request, Consent may also be executed on paper with a handwritten signature.
